Lakshmy conceived, executed, and led the world’s largest digital Women Economic Forum (WEF) during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, hosting over 425 speakers from 50 countries, including 3 heads of state from South America, Europe, and Central America. Held in July 2020 and December 2021, the two-day event featured 7 concurrent tracks each day, covering 250 topics and accommodating global participants across time zones.
Her diverse career spans multiple industries, including fashion & retail, the non-government sector, education, counseling, and training. Lakshmy has been actively researching human well-being, particularly in the context of contemporary lifestyle and ecosystems. Her research has led to the creation of deep training projects like Mother and Child Relationship Management and “Healthy Humans”—a coaching program designed to promote stress mitigation and improved coping mechanisms. Her journeys have taken her to diverse locations, including the ancient bazaars of Muttrah Souq in Oman, the temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, the Buddhist sites in Sri Lanka, and the remains of the Pallava Dynasty in Kancheepuram, India.
