Over the last 2 decades, Kaizen Consult has Evolved into a full-service Consulting Firm with focus on Family Business Advisory, Diversity & Inclusion Coaching and Training, Educational Services and Counselling.

He is presently a Director and Mentor to a Payment Technology Company in India. He was the Co-Founder and Ex-MD of Woodstock Ambience Pvt Ltd, India’s first Campus Housing Company that was acquired by a Large Indian Group in Healthcare & Education.

Earlier he was with the (Forbes) Shapoorji Pallonji Group, an Engineering, Real Estate & Consumer Product Conglomerate, where he successfully restructured various businesses.

He set up Forbes Technosys Ltd (FTL) an Engineering & IT Products company specialising in Banking, Retail Automation and Transaction Solutions & was its Founding CEO.

His other assignments in the corporate sector included stints in Canon Inc. as Country Manager & Director Office Business Solutions for India; with Modi Xerox in Various roles in Marketing & Business Operations; as SBU Head in the Consumer Business with a US$ 2Bn Group in the MEA region.

He is a post graduate in Management.
